At Custom Snappies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer 30-day returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include your original packing slip inside the package.

  Package and Ship

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
